A Toques d'or award 2016, for «Apocalypsis»

On the 21st of March 2016, «Apocalypsis» restaurant was awarded with a Toques d'or award, for a second year in a row. The award ceremony took place in «Grande Bretagne» hotel in Athens and on behalf of Divine Hotels Group, awards were received by the chef of «Apocalypsis» restaurant, Mr. Dimitris Pamporis and the hotel's manager, Mr. Christos Patakos.

Top dish: Galaktoboureko, homemade marzipan ice cream, roasted pineapple, Zacapa rum jelly.

According to the administration and executives of Divine Hotels group: «Dimitris Pamporis persistence in the promotion of Greek creative cuisine - using regional premium raw materials - and imagination in flavor combinations, were the key elements that appointed him as an Executive Chef in «Apocalypsis» restaurant, of the newly built Patmos Aktis Suites & Spa, in 2010».

Golden Chef Cap awards are annually awarded to the best restauramts in Greece by «Athinorama» magazine and are held under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism & the Municipality of Athens.
