The conference room of “Patmos Aktis Suites & Spa” hotel, whose capacity is two hundred people, is fully equipped, and suitable for the planning and organizing of any kind of professional of social event. The conference room may be reformed depending on the given demands of each event and all the necessary technological and audiovisual equipment is available: a podium, dimmable lights, a movie camera, wired and wireless microphones, a television, a cd-player, a projector, a self-contained air-condition unit, wireless internet etc. You can find all the above-mentioned equipment on a separate room.

The conference room, which is accessible to people with mobility problems, is widely used by the local community for all the social events, since it is the only professionally equipped area in Patmos. Our conference room can fully adapt to the needs of any kind of event: music, film or theatrical events, concerts, book presentations, film nights, food and wine tasting, corporate presentations, business meetings, art exhibitions etc. The setup of the room is a decision made by the organizer, depending on the requirements of each event, while after consulting with us, secretarial and interpretation services may be offered. The seaside bar “Theion”, which you can find right next to the conference room, may support your event with food and beverages.
